What is the return policy?
We cannot accept any items that have been used in water or have been visibly scratched or scuffed.  In addition, please keep in mind that Custom Ground Rx lenses do not qualify for return or exchanges.

Returns are eligible for 30 days after purchase
If you have to return your order please include a copy of your invoice with a breif explanation of why you are returning the goods and ship the unused product with all of the manufacturer's original packaging to Old Homosassa Snorkeling Center.

Returns must be shipped in an appropriate shipping container or box. Please ship pre-paid and insured, as Old Homosassa Snorkeling Center will not be responsible for shipping charges or losses on general returns.

Exchanges are a normal part of every business, and we make it easy!
If you have received an item that you wish to exchange (perhaps your fins are just a tad too big), call our Customer Service line at 1 (352) 257-8687! Please send the original item back to us within 30 days of purchase.  After the original item(s) is received and inspected, your refuns will be issued.

Does my order come with a warranty?
Old Homosassa Snorkeling Center takes the guess work out of shopping online. In addition to our return policy, many of the products we sell are backed by a firm 2 years manufacturer's warranty.

The majority of Sherwood Gear products sold by Snorkelinghomosassa.com come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects effective from the date of purchase. Since we are an authorised dealer you can get this awesome warranty. If you buy from a non authorized dealer then there is no warranty.

Returns under warranty are rare, however should your product be suspected of a manufacturer’s defect please call us at 1-352-257-8687 and we will be glad to help you with your warranty issue.
